Outdoor Storage Sump Unit For 1 IBC

This is a high quality galvanized steel cabinet suitable for the outside storage of a single IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) with a steel sump painted in RAL 9006.

This high quality cabinet has a galvanized corrugated steel cabinet frame. The collection tank has a removable galvanized grid.

The height of these cabinets allows the use of a transfer tilted support stand from within the cabinet to facilitate pouring operations (sold separately).

The collection tank is constructed from steel with a galvanized grid and conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump.

Key features of the sump cabinets include:

  • High load capacity collection sump with removable galvanized grid
  • Suitable for the outside storage of 1000 litre IBC
  • Sturdy and strong cover with two swing doors
  • The cabinet is supplied with lock and key to protect the contents from unauthorised access
  • Safety fastener to keep the doors open
  • With the optional tilted support stand they can also be used as pouring stations
  • Internal galvanized splash guard sides 500mm high
  • Feet height 100mm with pre-drilling for ground fixing
  • Can be moved by forklift truck of sufficient capacity with forks extension

We have a number of options available for these cabinets. Air inlet ventilation grills. These help prevent dangerous accumulations of vapours within the cabinet.

The cabinet is suitable for hazardous or flammable substances. Contact us regarding an optional anti acid sump covering that allows the sump cabinet to store corrosive substances.

An optional galvanized tilted support stand can fit within the cabinet and stands upon the split grid. This allows easy picking operations.
