Their modern factory and robot automated machine tending help to ensure a consistently high quality product at a sensible price level. With some pallet box injection moulding tools costing upwards of £100K and 1000 tonne presses required, substantial investment has been required to boast such a large range of pallet boxes.

Capp Plast have been making plastic pallet boxes since the 1950’s and now produces approaching 700,000 containers per year. Over the years they have engineered quality into the pallet boxes and are certified to ISO 9001-2008. The pallet boxes are made from high quality plastic materials but always with end-of-life recycling in mind to help protect the environment.

Our plastic pallet box range can be broadly split into 3 box categories – solid side plastic boxes, vented sides, and folding plastic pallet boxes. Here in Kettering, we endeavour to hold a varied range of assorted plastic boxes so we can despatch next day from stock. Larger volumes of pallet boxes do have to fit in with factory schedules, as do colour variations and embossed names in the plastic side walls.
