Steel Spill Pallets For 2 IBCs
These are high quality, strong, carbon steel sump pallets which are designed to protect against accidental leaks, drips and spills. In combination with the optional tilted IBC support units these make excellent and safe picking workstations.
Suitable for the safe storage of up to 2 IBCs or small containers the collection sumps are constructed from carbon steel with a removable galvanized grid. Up to two optional SPC100 tilting IBC support units can stand on the pallet.
Please note, the picture shows the sump pallet with the optiona support units and spalsh back. This is model ECO321 which has a split grid, which acts as a shelf, for the optional SPC100 tilting support unit. Model ECO320, which is narrower, can use the optional SPT012Z galvanized transfer shelf for the same purpose.
The optional SPC100 tilting support for all of our sump pallets is a support stand for an IBC which facilitates the transfer and dosing operations to ensure that the tank empties completely. This effectively transforms the sump pallet into a safe and effective picking station.
Available as an option for model is a galvanized sheet splash guard unit which directs any possible liquid spillage into the collection tank.
Each sump pallet conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and indentification plate fitted to the sump, user manual and a registration booklet with test certificate - TUV Tested Approval.
