Ratchet Straps

Steps and Stillages Ltd has a range of ratchet straps and over centre buckle straps for load restraint and load control. All loads and products in HGV trailers, box van lorry or vans need by law to have the load secured safely. Ratchet straps are a popular method of load restraining, either hooked into tracking in trailers, or heavy duty ratchet straps are used on flat bed trailers.

Sometimes loading straps can be over tightened in a trailer which can damage the load or pull the tracking off the trailer side wall. To prevent this we have alternative straps such as the over centre buckle loading strap or the medium duty ratchet strap. All our load control straps use 50mm webbing and can be printed as required on quantities of over 50.

We also have a motorcycle ratchet strap for securing motorbikes and can be used as a tie down on a trailer. These motorbike ratchet straps are made from 25mm heavy duty webbing.
