Budget Folding Plastic Pallet Box Z/P/MAG/BUDGET

This is a budget version of the industry standard folding plastic pallet box, sometimes called a Magnum, and can interstacked with standard boxes. The pallet box is a fully collapsible plastic box with fully removable sides. The collapsible plastic box pallet is injection moulded from food grade polypropylene so can serve a multitude of uses for storage of products in warehouses. This budget box is cheaper than a standard pallet box, but in order to acheive this cost saving, very simply less plastic is used. The pallet box has been cleverly designed using thinner walls and sections, but still maintaining good strength and stackability.

The budget pallet boxes have a half drop gate on one long dimension. Underneath are 2 skids. The inside walls of the pallet box are deliberately smooth to allow product and boxes to be easily lifted out. Available as an option is a plastic drop on lid.

The magnum boxes when full can be stacked up to three high and as the folding boxes are made from plastic they are both fully washable and immune to weather and rusting issues. The boxes are also 100% recyclable.
