Roll Cage Repair Service

For optimum efficiency and maximum life from a trolley or cage investment, a comprehensive maintenance service is provided by Steps and Stillages. Damaged equipment can either be repaired at the company's Kettering factory or on-site on a customers' premises through mobile van units.

All bent metal components are straightened and broken parts welded which are then coated in rust inhibiting aluminium paint. A complete safety check is made on equipment. Spares ranging from new wheels and castors to new front doors, side frames and much more can be supplied and fitted.

Roll Pallet and Stillage modification

The requirement for cages and trolleys can change. Due to alteration in the distribution system and possibly, in the vehicle fleet, equipment can require modification. Once again, Roll Containers can provide an on or off-site service whereby equipment can be de-sized or enlarged, component parts fitted or removed.

Obviously, the extent of any modifications will largely depend on the customer's new requirement but, advice and suggestions concerning intended changes, the specification and procedures can be supplied backed by over twenty years of experience.
